18K Gold with a thick heavy-plating (2.5 microns) on 925 Sterling Silver; Posts are 925 Sterling Silver with matching ear nuts.

VP Jewelry Authenticity Card and a black velvet pouch. Packaged in a plastic-free, stylish & gift-ready black bag + box. A polishing cloth is included for all jewelry except gold-plated items. Please do not use treated cloths on plated items to avoid damage.
An anti-tarnishing tab is included for all metals except solid gold to help absorb any surrounding pollutants and moisture that would speed up the oxidation process. A complimentary hand-written 2x3" note card and gold envelope is included for gift orders (please write message at checkout, if none is written it will be assumed that no card is needed unless otherwise stated).

More:
Tarnishing is a non-toxic and inevitable oxidation process for brass and silver. The oxidation rate depends on your body's chemistry, environmental pollutants and humidity levels, but it's nothing a brief soak of a common household item like Ketchup or a professional cleaner won't remedy. Cover tarnished area for 3-10 minutes, wash off with mild soap and warm water and completely pat dry for a new-like finish! Using a specialty polishing or non-abrasive cloth, gently polish to remove any remaining dirt and oil buildup for its original luster. Brass which is a copper alloy might react with your body overtime and naturally patina turning from its original color to a darker to turquoise green hue--this is the metal oxidizing and naturally protecting itself and is non-toxic to our skin.  If you prefer the metal in its original aesthetic, follow the cleaning instructions above and avoid wet and high humidity environments. As with all  precious jewelry, handle with care. It is best advised to wipe clean with a non-abrasive cloth after use.

Shipping & Packaging
Free standard USA shipping for $85+ orders. Select priority or express shipping for speedier delivery times. Items ship in a white Kraft mailer box with our logo (for branding discretion, kindly reach out). Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and production. For Vermeil pieces, please allow additional production time. All jewelry orders over $100 are shipped insured. USA shipping is shipped through USPS and once shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to your email.  

Warranty
All jewelry items have a 1 year warranty. If you are unsatisfied with the item due to design defects (not normal material wear and tear and accidental damage), we will do everything within our power to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-Order items are final sale items. 
If your item is damaged upon receipt, please email viv@vivianpang.com within 24 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be credited back to the original payment method provided (please allow up to 5-10 days for processing) and is requested the item be sent back for inspection.
Exchanges with an equal or higher value item can be made only if we just so happen to have the item requested in stock (return shipping costs is the customer's sole responsibility).

Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only allowed if we have not yet begun production for your piece. We also reserve the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavailable materials or unforeseen circumstances in production.
