Placing an Order

We currently do not offer same-day deliveries (but might in the future) for any cut flowers and live plants. Our designs are meticulous creations and Vivian prefers to be viewed as a private chef for flowers.

It's a win win situation where your flowers are always guaranteed fresh and you will never get "leftover" flowers of the day. You have the option to reach out via email viv@vivianpang.com to schedule a delivery date and we will email you back to confirm the date and allow you to checkout. If you need more than 5+ arrangements, we offer special discounts! Don't be shy, say hi!



If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been sent/shipped out already, it can not be modified.

Weddings & Events

Generally, our couples reach out as far as 8-12 months and as close to 2-3 months prior to the event date, keeping in mind that this depends on the quanity and complexity of the floral requirements. It’s never too early to get in touch, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do: a booked venue, an estimated guest count, wedding party head counts, and a few reference images or Pinterest Board link.

Yes! We offer rental options such as vases and candle holders and simple ceremony aisle runners/silk table runners. We also work closely with third party event rental companies and can help make light suggestions in complementing table linens, napkins, and furniture rentals. If you have a planner for your wedding, we're collaboration friendly and will follow their lead and offer our knowledgeable floral and design expertise.

We also provide our unique handmade botanical keepsakes that can be used as guests party favors, customized as name place cards and or table signage décor.

We believe in creating truly bespoke floral creations that are tailor-made to our clients' vision, budget, and botanical requirements so therefore we do not offer cookie-cutter packages. In short, our minimum starts at $550.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within NYC's five boroughs and its surrounding areas.

For petite and small-sized events <$3.5k, the delivery Drop-off Only Fee is 16% (18% if on-site setup is required) of the order subtotal.

For larger-sized events that are >$3.5k, fees depend on the overall quantity and size of items plus the number of hours our team needs to be of service. Breakdown fee is calculated as an additional fee. Every event has unique logistics and requirements and rates will accurately reflect that.

Vivian never intentionally copies any other designs that are not of her own. She considers herself not just a florist but an Artist so all designs created and proposed, are of her own with inspiration that may or may not be provided by her clients. Our clients respect and seeks out our creative and innovative ideas and we pride ourselves on original and personalized concepts that tells our clients' stories for all occasions. We encourage you to allow us to get to know the unique you!
