‘Witch Hazel’ - Gold Aluminum Framed Original Botanical Art (9”x9”)
One of a kind original Winter botanical drawing in archival black micron pen and watercolor by Vivian Pang.
Pallida Chinese Witch Hazel is one of my favorite branches to use in floral arrangements during the cold seasons. Below are some fun facts: 🌼 A Winter-flowering deciduous shrub growing up to 10-15 ft and sometimes up to 20 ft 🌼 This fragrant beauty produces bright blazing yellow petals with reddish-aubergine cusps on bare branches in late Winter to early spring 🌼 In the Fall time, their broad oval green foliage turns a striking yellow and orange 🌼 Witch Hazel is known in the beauty world to reduce redness and inflammation!
