VP Floral Creative specializes in crafting custom wedding and event floral designs and personalized floral services catered to clients' vision and needs. Every special occasion is unique to one another and we make sure that your event will have that special VP touch by listening to your vision and providing you with our professional advice and creative input. Currently, we only book one event at a time to best assure each occasion takes top priority and has our full attention. Vivian is first and foremost an Artist and a Creative who's even more excited when there is an interesting idea just waiting to be magnificently executed. She will enthusiastically present you with multiple answers and resourceful plans. When you book with Vivian, you get Vivian herself (plus or minus her team), she will consult, plan, execute and design so that your vision will not get watered down or lost in translation. We're here to help create memories with you and capture those special fleeting moments.

The VP Experience - How it Flows

Free Consultation

Our process starts off with getting to know one another during our complimentary consultation. Either you have already been emailing back and forth or is going to virtually meet for the first time, it is asked for you to prepare as many details you might have like venue location, fabric choices, ceremony times, and sample pictures to the consultation so that Vivian can help build you a Vision Board. We've come to discover that most of our clients have done everything digitally without ever meeting in-person so if that's your style, we've mastered it!

Botanical Vision Board

Vivian provides every client a Floral Vision Board that consists of the combination of her client's aesthetics, theme, and color scheme plus our creative expertise. Depending on your visualization needs, a virtual 3D rendering of your space can be provided as well. The Vision Board is meant to help visualize the overall look and feel of your special occasion.

Review & Revise

Once the flowers are carefully selected and the client is happy with the plan, the next phase can happen: the follow-up consultation. During our follow-up, an itemized and detailed proposal based off of the chosen botanical designs, is presented. Here, you have the option to review and tweak any part of the proposal to ensure that you are thrilled with every aspect.

Book & Secure Date

Upon approval of the proposal, a 50% deposit is required to secure the event date, with the final table counts and remaining balance due a few days prior to the occasion. Several payment installments can be arranged with the final balance due before the event date if your event is qualified for this feature. A more detailed list of policies and terms will be discussed during the initial consultation.
