Terms & Conditions

 By purchasing any items on our site, you agree to our set terms and conditions listed on our website at www.vivianpang.com and agree to all shipping, refund and privacy policies set forth. You agree and understand that we reserve the right to make any updates or changes in our policies due to fluctuating business operations and demands without any prior notice of those changes within reason. We also reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if we are suspicious of fraudulent activity or if unexpected out of stock items occur but will give a full refund to the original payment method. 


SHIPPING
POLICIES

Fresh Flowers & Live Plants

Any online purchase of Fresh Flowers & Live Plants made will have to be arranged for a set delivery date and time range via email.  We currently do not provide same-day deliveries. In the future, we might offer same-day delivery (hint: keep checking back). We currently deliver to limited parts of New York City and New Jersey. If you can check out, we can deliver. 

Contactless hand-delivery is our only option offered for all Fresh Flowers and Live Plants and this must be the chosen form of delivery option at checkout.

Prior to delivery, we will be reaching out to confirm someone is onsite to receive the order, if no one picks up, we will attempt delivery on schedule as to not delay the delivery time. If concierge is available at the location, we will drop off and leave a message along with picture proof via email who we left your order with and at what time it was delivered. 

If delivery attempt was made and no person and no concierge is available to receive the order, we will take back your order and any additional approved delivery attempts to redeliver will be charged to the client. 

Non-Perishable & Made-to-Order Hard Goods 
Domestic USPS and International DHL shipping carriers are used to ship non-perishable hard goods. Please allow 2-4 business days to process for Botanical Jewelry Items. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to process for Botanical Coasters. Kindly be aware that once order is shipped, the delivery time is out of our control and will depend on your selected shipping option and carrier’s current operation capacity/schedule. Please kindly review third-party shipping carrier's policies and updates regarding interrupted and delayed operations prior to purchase. USPS is currently operating on delays, please allow additional time for expected delivery. Shipment tracking number will be emailed once shipped.


REFUND POLICIES

VIVIVAN PANG, CO. takes pride in every product and arrangement they send out, so if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with what you sent and or received, please feel free to reach out by emailing viv@vivianpang.com regarding your experience, and we will do whatever it takes to turn that frown, upside down!


For Fresh Flowers, Arrangements, & Live Plants
Refunds will be made if order is cancelled within (1) one hour after order placement. Due to the nature of our business, exchanges cannot be arranged but a replacement arrangement can be made to amend (if any) freshness and or quality issues of our flowers and plants. If issues cannot to be resolved, a refund less delivery costs will be administered.

For Hand-crafted Botanical Keepsakes
Due to the nature of the #coasterforacause initiative, refunds less proceeds donated will be made only if there is a craftsmanship issue reported within 14 days upon delivery of item(s) and if issues cannot be resolved by replacement of items. A full refund will be issued if proceeds for the month have not been donated yet.

For Jewelry 
Due to hygienic purposes, no exchanges of jewelry will be offered. If there are quality and craftsmanship issues, every attempt of replacement of the same item or an approved similar item will be attempted. If issues cannot be resolved, a refund less proceeds donated will be issued. A full refund will be issued if proceeds for the month have not been donated yet.
