As we continue to navigate this unprecedented time, we want to thank our customers that have reached out with their warm and well wishes and whom have extended their support in purchasing from our recently birthed collections. We are ever so grateful. The past years were tough but we will continue to tread forward with resilience, hope, creativity and never forgetting our why.
The safety of all is our top priority and we are making careful logistical and operational decisions based off the recommendation of the CDC, our local government, and top experts in the field. We are continuously adjusting our business practices to best reflect these recommendations.
Precautions We are Taking
We are taking all the necessary precautions during COVID-19 by properly sanitizing all materials and tools and always wearing masks during production and delivery. Prior to sending out any delivered/shipped goods, our process requires every product, where applicable, to be sanitized with alcohol wipes and safely packaged before they're shipped out.
When we load-in our supplies from our distributors to our studio, we go through a sanitization phase of hard goods and allowing ample time for proper disinfection for best safety measures.
All staff that comes into contact with our creations are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted. Any staff members that are feeling sick will be taking a required quarantine period at home and the same applies to our delivery drivers.
